Refresh & validation
The scheduled worker edgar-refresh runs daily at 06:17 UTC
(cron 17 6 * * *) and re-validates up to 8 companies whose data is older
than REFRESH_DAYS (7 days) or has never been refreshed. Companies with an
unchanged latest filing are marked validated-current without a re-run; new
filings trigger a full re-extraction.
Run an on-demand batch below. It works through stale companies sequentially (polite to SEC) and can take a minute or two.
